It’s really a pleasure to work with people who take care of you and follow through. Novo Group customer service was fantastic. They have covered every aspect of what we needed from day one.
Our bathrooms were old and it was time to be replaced. We were researching different companies and they were of the ones that have a good review and their pricing was competitive.
We met with Milton and he was very pleasant and explained exactly what needed to be done thoroughly. Milton promised to finish the job in 12 days max and he was on the dot. The 3 bathrooms were done in 12 days.
We renovated the master and the powder room from Scratch and as to the Guest bathroom, we replaced the vanity, added pot lights, changed the head shower and glass door was installed, new fan plus paint.
I would like to say that everything went great with our experience with Novo Group.
Our bathrooms are beautiful, and we could not be happier with the results.
Milton and his team Paco were on time, dependable, very professional, flexible, meticulous and efficient. I would absolutely recommend Milton and his team to anyone who is looking for bathroom renovations.
