DRW Contracting

During the initial meeting , Steve mentioned he has a few people working with him ( like electrician, plumber and title installer) , Brought pictures of the work his did .
The first two days he was on time and the projet was supposed to end in two weeks . But it was a one man show and told me he knows what he is doing after 4 months the project was done but completed horribly. I wish i did not do the renovation as it was worst from what i had before .

Steve work starts off looking good but the end product there was a lot of real ruff work done in the end. He always came to the job late. Never cleaned up after himself my son and I did that every night. He tried to use cheap produced but I said no this is what I wanted. At the end the Trim work he did was terrible with large gaps he just use caulking to fill in what he could. His painter was very sloppy paint every where all over door hinges and handles an carpet. There is a lot I have to go over to fix Plus I had to have him re-caulk the shower twice because he did such a sloppy job . In the end he was in a rush to get to another job he had on the go. If you smart don't hire him to much poor ruff work.

Steve did a great job finding and solving moisture issues in my basement. He, along with his recommended team sourced the water leak, fixed the cracked foundation and restored the space completely with new electrical and flooring. The kitchen was brought back into its prime with all issues fixed and now functioning safely up to code. He did many other jobs around the house as well and was able to do all projects swiftly and diligently. He took meticulous care and was friendly, approachable and just a really nice guy! I would highly recommend DRW Contracting, a trustworthy and very professional team. Thanks Steve!!!

Steve is great to work with. Great job coordinating all of the various workers to get the job done. Its done to code and looks professional. You can tell that Steve takes pride in his work. You will see from the photos I am including with this post. He assists you with getting the required paperwork done from Engineer Drawings to working with the City to get the Inspector approval. Steve will not pressure you with money tactics like others where they want a bulk amount upfront. Your written contract contract with Steve has all of the deposits and percentage of completion payments outlined. Lastly Steve will only take his final payment when the job is done. Its very hard to find good quality work and honest contractors these days. Thankfully Steve is one of the good guys out there! I will 100% use Steve again for any of my future projects.

I'm surprised there's good reviews after dealing with this so-called "company."
It's been several MONTHS and I'm still waiting on Steve to finish the job he started. He hasn't returned my calls or texts. This negative review I've been forced to give is unfortunate but accurate, I would not recommend this guy to anyone. He is not a man of his word and never finished the job.
Steve, if you can read this... I WANT MY FAN INSTALLED OR SOME MONEY BACK TO GET IT REPLACED AND INSTALLED BY A PROFESSIONAL.

PS: A follow up.... DRW finally got back to me today after several weeks of no reply to my calls or texts with an angry text message (I guess after reading this poor review), so I'll post it here, in quotes, verbatim:

"U know I was going to help u like I've done many tomes for u but now no bloddy chance."
