First off, I want to say thank you to Arno. On the same day another contractor cancelled, I reached out to Arno. I had half of one room's floors already removed and really needed both rooms finished. Due to a delay in one of his other projects, he was able to start mine the very next day. At first, I was a bit hesitant, thinking that a contractor available so quickly might not be the best choice. But I couldnt have been more wrong.
The floors turned out absolutely beautiful! The craftsmanship is top-notch, and Im especially happy with how the transitions turned out. The pricing was fair and transparent, and Arno did exactly what he promised.
I truly appreciate working with a contractor I felt I could trust, and the results speak for themselves.
