I was really happy with the service Ian provided. I am trying to sell my condo and didn't want any surprises. He was punctual and paid attention to details. Even ended up on the roof of my condo complex to check out the furnace. He also gave me a few tips for small repairs that could be done around the house that would make it easier to sell.
