We have been working with Kingsgate Luxury Homes for years and have always been satisfied with the results. They are very reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. We purchased our house three years ago and were initially captivated by its beauty and the promise it held. Architecturally, it's a stunning property with a layout that truly felt like home from the start. However, over time, we've encountered several structural issues that future buyers should be aware of.
The insulation seems to be insufficient, particularly in the living room and office, which are uncomfortably cold during the winter months. Additionally, we've had ongoing issues with the doors; they don't close properly, and sound insulation is lacking.

The exterior has not fared well either. The interlocking pavement began to shift and move within a year, suggesting a subpar installation job. Compounding these issues, construction debris like bricks and stones was buried in the garden, complicating our efforts to cultivate a flower garden. Despite the windows being closed, we often find bugs inside, indicating gaps or sealing problems. The pot lights installed throughout the house failed after two years, which was quite disappointing.

One particularly concerning issue is with the balcony drainage. The drainpipe was left unconnected, causing water damage to the balcony area an oversight that should have been addressed at the building stage.

In summary, while the house is aesthetically pleasing, the structural integrity and attention to detail during construction have been underwhelming. This has resulted in additional investment to rectify these issues. Prospective buyers should take these points into consideration and conduct a thorough inspection to ensure the quality meets their expectations.

Started and finished the job on time in one day. Very competitive pricing, best out of four other companies I contacted for an estimate. Definitely recommend to friends for a good quality and price!!!
