I was in a pinch to get stairs and upper floor of townhouse carpet removed and replaced.
The job was time sensitive as we were looking to list the property.
I called Steve and not only did he answer the phone asap [which in and in itself was a pleasant surprise] he agreed to drive out to Stoney Creek to estimate it.
His pricing was very competitive/fair and he booked and got the job done asap without any fuss and kept me in the loop each step of the way.
Great! ....but wait, here is the kicker-- when I was able to get out to look at the job there were some very very minor things I brought up-- he not only came back [after he was paid] but said " I stand behind my work, no problem, consider it done!"
Where do you get that kind of customer service anymore??
I highly recommend Steve and his crew, great experience.
