Gold Leaf Windows and Doors Inc.

We agreed on the contract on Oct 2021 and the job was installed in Aug 2022. Job could have been completed in June but they were able to accommodate our request to delay they install without issue. In total we replaced 8 windows of various sizes, Front entrance and door and the front siding. It was an extra cost to do the exterior frames in black.

Installation team was very professional and completed the job in two days. Each day required minimal supervision on our part. Our only complaint is that the cleanup of dust and debris could have been more thorough as we needed to clean up after them in some rooms as they missed some spots underneath drawers/beds.

Oleg was very helpful throughout the process, was available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Contract notes/details need to improve as some items/finishes were not clearly noted.

Overall I would recommend using this company if you had to replace your windows and/or doors.

In September Oleg provided a quote for the work required. Our conversations revolved around the timing of the install and was assured the job would be completed in November. After numerous calls was PROMISED before Christmas and would receive a call to schedule time. This never happened or a call to indicate a postponement. After Christmas I was provided a date and time only to find on the day prior to the install, the install team could not install as the garbage from the last install was still in their truck. I finally had the install completed in January after 4 months of waiting.
My issue is that I appreciate that at this time there were delays due to supply chain etc. but I never received a proactive call to indicate such and I continually had to call for updates. The work completed was good and I'm pleased with the overall result albeit very late!

Had a fantastic experience with Gold Leaf from beginning to end. Oleg was great in explaining all the options and providing expert advice. The service was very efficient and informed and I received super customer service. The installer was very professional and paid attention to detail. Overall I had an excellent experience with Oleg and Gold Leaf. I would highly recommend.

Updated my review since we've finally moved from the house. We were pressured by Oleg to partake in his services quickly in order to "secure prices". We were constantly pressured to give him top reviews in order to get discounts as well.

The work looks great but after some time we noticed issues. We still had a lot of air coming through the doors. The double-door locks keep jiggling unlocked as the doors are opened and closed so you have to constantly check to make sure the locks were secure or else your double-doors end up being very un-secure.

I wouldn't recommend the company based on the pressure to use their services and to give them a top review. There are much better door/window companies out there that won't pressure you like this.

Had three windows and a patio door replaced. They seem really good and I am happy. Installation was quick, easy and good. It was a little expensive but the quality seems really good.
