Needed to install a Ring video/voice doorbell but the existing doorbell was a 12-plus year old video/intercom model with a motherboard, etc., so the existing wiring was very different than the out-of-the-box instructions and beyond my capabilities. Ali from Vantage responded quickly, was very clear in our communications, offered a good quote compared to others I received, was available the next day, arrived on time with all required tools, was clearly familiar with the old model, the wiring, and the new model, clearly knew what he was doing and did it professionally, efficiently and courteously, was helpful in explaining certain options to me, and ensured everything was working properly before he left.
