Josh came in for an estimate for the project. Right away we were impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He heard what we wanted and gave us a competitive estimate and scope of the job. He was punctual and ALWAYS cleaned after himself after every day. From small jobs to large I would trust Josh moving forward!

Josh’s initial consultation included a review of our project and him providing his experienced input on potential improvements. Josh is a conscientious worker who is punctual and NEVER leaves a mess! At the end of each day he organizes his tools and makes sure to minimize any inconvenience to us, the client. We have hired Josh for many projects and have never been disappointed with his work. As a hobby woodworker myself, I would consider Josh more of a craftsman than a contractor! We will for sure hire him again in the future.

Josh renovates our bathroom from top to bottom and it turned out fantastic! We are super happy with our new gorgeous shower and bath tub. Josh’s attention to detail and quality is second to none. His clean up efforts at the end of each work day are phenomenal and with having young children around a renovation it’s more than appreciated as a parent. We have had a great experiences with Richmond Contracting and will continue to hire Josh for future projects. Josh's excellent workmanship with extra attention to finishing details can be seen throughout our homes. My husband and I used Richmond Contracting for the past two homes we have owned. The first house was a complete gut job and an addition added to the home. We had a water leak in the basement and they dug up the outside and blue skinned the foundation to prevent any further leaks. The second house was a cosmetic update. Both homes involved re-doing all bathrooms with high-end finishes, laying hardwood and ceramic flooring, painting and new trim throughout the houses. He removed pop-corn ceilings to give a smooth finish to all rooms. He was respectful to our property and cleaned up before leaving each day. Without a doubt, worth every penny. We have recommended him several times for his outstanding work, ethics and professionalism.
