Ertugrul completed a carpet repair job for me back in Sept. I actually live abroad and coordinated with him via whatsapp, sending photos/videos of the issue I was having. Our interaction was very smooth and he was very professional, did an excellent job, and the cost was absolutely reasonable. He did more than just mend the one small issue, and helped make sure our carpet looked good and was all smoothed out. Would definitely contact him again and recommend to others. Amazing work by Cambel. He is so nice and polite. I highly recommend him , especially the way he explain that what I should have It . I have 3 set of stair.I was getting runner upper level of stair but as he managed that upper level of stair wasn’t good condition so he assumed to cover wall to wall .
