Terribly unorganized and immature

The only reason we tolerated the owner of this company is because we liked the person she sent to our home to clean. The owner was unreliable, unorganized and immature in our opinion and we dealt with constant scheduling changes and issues, cancellations etc. It was literally always something. She also insisted on cleaning our floors with vinegar and ruined them as a result and never acknowledged or apologized for it. Would not recommend at all.
