There are only a few (but essential) things you really look for in a contractor, and in my opinion those are:
* Is the price they quoted what I ended up paying?
* Is that price fair?
* Did they do a good job / where they professional?
* Did they clean up?
The Wall Doctor hit on all fronts. The quote they gave me was exactly what I ended up paying (to the penny). The price was at or below other quotes I received for the same work. The crew did an excellent job repairing the dry wall areas in my home and had a customer service rep keep me updated on progress. And, they cleaned up the area when they were done. I mean, what more can you ask for?
