I am thoroughly impressed from the service as it has provided me with outstanding results that have exceeded my expectations. It is very good and well done. They cleaned the floor and all the bathrooms leaving no dust or dirt behind. The service did an exceptional job overall and I will likely come back to the service again. Highly recommended

The cleaning staff is reliable and professional. I have no complaints regarding the service quality either. However, the service is expensive and I had a bad experience when trying to agree on cleaning rates. In a span of 6 months, a one bedroom apartment clean up (499sq ft) started at 157 dollars and it quickly creeped up to 248 dollars. We spoke about the issue but never landed on an understanding.

Great cleaning job, second time using newgen, only reason for 4 stairs is it was a move out service that required carpet cleaning, which they did not provide, I had to get another provider to clean for additional $250 ( last minute ), wouldve been great if they had a cleaner and offered to clean the carpet too
