I'm very satisfied with John's service and the quality of his work. The repair to the soffit looks seamless. John took the time to provide thorough explanations and answered all my questions, and he provided some helpful suggestions of things I need to keep an eye out for in the future. I would definitely hire John again.

The deck needed extensive repairs that were completed on time and on budget, which was difficult due to winter weather. Really looks great and the workmanship was very satisfactory.

Installation of new bathtub, new tiles with wall niche, new plumbing fixtures, new mirror, new light. Repainted bathroom.
Repainted master bedroom and ensuite, also installed wainscoting wallpaper. Installed new light and medicine cabinet in ensuite.

I was very pleased with the work John did. He is efficient and careful in the work he does.
He is pleasant and reliable and I was very pleased with the finished product.
I would strongly recommend John and his work.

John did a great job and I would give him 5 stars for sure. The reason for my overall 4-star rating is that I was only told about the hourly rate ($104) but was not told about the additional $50 service fee. This should have been made clear when I booked an appointment.
