I had read the reviews about Tri City Appliances and after talking the Serge I made an appointment. I was having massive ice build up under the freezer drawer. Alex came on a Saturday to fix my fridge. He was very polite and considerate. He phone twice before coming to confirm the time and to let me know he was ten minutes away.
Alex was very professional and got right to work. He showed me pictures of the problem and how he fixed it. He also cleaned up after himself which is a big plus to all home owners. I’ll happy recommend this company.
