Alexander provided good service, the first time he diagnosed the reason the toilet was making a singing noise and replaced the part. He left but returned when I called as there was another small issue. Appreciated his quick response.
I called him again as I was happy with the service the first time. This time he came with his partner and they replaced an outdoor tap, as well as came up with a good solution for the a spigot on the water barrel. Both times Alexander was courteous, polite and gave reasonable estimates. I would certainly call this company again

I got a plumber (Alex) through this website and he was professional and helpful and made the experience seamless and very easy. We needed to have our kitchen faucet replaced and when I asked him about the cost he even sent me a few photos of faucets to choose from. He and his business partner George were excellent and were able to remove the old faucet and replace it with the new one the very next day and it was only about an hour of work. I would definitely recommend these 2 professionals!

Alex and the team were incredibly quick to respond to leak in our kitchen faucet and issues with our bathroom toilet. They were thorough, explained everything clearly and the pricing was very reasonable.
When a small complication popped up a few days later, Alex was back immediately and resolved it happily.

I had KNL come buy to clear up a drain that was very stubbornly clogged after trying my own snake and draino etc.

Alex was persistent and snaked it almost 10 times before getting it to release and very easily could have gave up before that. He was very clean and courteous and seemed to be a stand up guy.

I'll definitely be calling him if I need some more plumbing work done.

Needed Broken shutoff valve and outdoor faucet replaced. Upgraded to a frostfree bib and re-piped to provide a more convenient shut-off valve location. Very professional, clean, couteous and reasonable price. Would hire again.

Condo had a leaky sink drain and also had a new dishwasher that needed to be installed. Alexander was absolutely great to deal with, was very polite and courteous, and handled all questions and concerns thrown at him with excellent communication via text or phone call. Very upfront with costs, and completed the job exactly as outlined. I would highly recommend him for any job.

I had a leak coming into my kitchen from the washroom above. Alex came over (this was during Covid) and took precautions (wearing a mask, and checking beforehand that I did also). The issue was found systematically, and Alex ended up replacing the toilet gasket, and resolving the problem in less than 1.5 hours, and for a good price.

Discovered our kitchen sink was leaking from the gasket Monday night. Alexander responded first thing Tuesday morning and the sink was fixed by Tuesday afternoon. Very professional and courteous, would recommend.

Alexander was very professional, quick to respond and the quality of his work was fantastic. He was personable, efficient and friendly. As soon as we reached out he contacted us the next day. He repaired and installed two of our leaky faucets, tightened all of our loose taps around the clinic and cleared out a clogged drain in our pet grooming tub.
