Alexander provided good service, the first time he diagnosed the reason the toilet was making a singing noise and replaced the part. He left but returned when I called as there was another small issue. Appreciated his quick response. I called him again as I was happy with the service the first time. This time he came with his partner and they replaced an outdoor tap, as well as came up with a good solution for the a spigot on the water barrel. Both times Alexander was courteous, polite and gave reasonable estimates. I would certainly call this company again
