I recommend Mervin He showed up within the time we had agreed upon. Within 10 minutes he had diagnosed the problem I was having. Not draining and moving to the next cycle. This washer is 20 years old but he had a part with him. Within the hour he replaced the part and ran the washer through it's cycles. Every thing was working again So then he was on his way again
