Dishwasher Repair
Originally called Merv to repair a dishwasher issue in Vaughan. Was quick to reply and setup the appointment. He replaced the heating element and charged for the part and the labour. Unfortunately this did not fix the issue. The invoice reads that his work comes with a 60 day warranty. The Tenants notified me a few weeks later saying they have the same issue. I tried calling Merv, Texting him and no reply. I even left a message without a response. I finally managed to reach him and said that he would follow up with me on the visit. I had to hear from the tenants that the dishwasher needs to be replaced because of a circuit board malfunction. Merv still has not returned my calls or texts. I can't stand being ripped off and mistreated like this. Not professional at all and I have been nothing but polite and patient with him.
