Merv was prompt, professional, tidy; and was exceptionally good at what he does.
Our dishwasher was leaking, I made a request on HomeStars and Merv responded right away. Asked for some details, and made an appointment for me the next day.
He came, diagnosed the issue, and because he asked for the model; he had the parts prepared on his truck and was able to do the repair same-day.
The process was incredible smooth, well communicated, and cleaned up afterwards.
