Merv is extremely efficient, professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. All of the repairs he's done for me fixed the issue and are still lasting today. And, he asks for the make and model number of the appliance before he comes so he is prepared to fix the problem when he arrives. Once he's done the repair, he checks to make sure everything's working properly, and even cleans up the area he worked in before he leaves. Recently, I had an issue with my dishwasher and he was able to diagnose the problem on the phone and tell me how to fix it, for which I am very greatful. I will continue to call Merv in the future and rely on him for all my appliance repairs. I highly recommend him.
