We had used Joesph from only Renos to do our basement. We thought he and the team did a very good job (there was a previous review). Because of the past work, we asked to update our stair case. After several options and budget, the installation was done on time and with minimum hassales (there are always something that needs to be done that was not accounted for). We went a little over budget but that was due to some modification to the original work order. If there was a downside, at times the dust could have been contained better and a couple of times carpenter worked needed to be redone, but there was done with no cost or argument.
