Richard and the whole Trafford team were incredible to work with throughout the entire project. The end results speak for themselves, truly incredible and far exceeding my expectations. Maximizing this small space was paramount and the design Richard came up with went above and beyond to achieve that. The project was completed on time and each of the members of the crew were extremely polite, professional and courteous, leaving the job site extremely clean each day. Even if there were any minor hiccups with a supplier not delivering on time, Richard troubleshooted within hours to come up with great alternatives and options to work through. Big shout out to Sean and Mark who toiled away during some extremely warm days!

Richard was a pleasure to work with and kept me well informed of timelines leading up to the project start date. He is professional and reliable, which can't be said of all contractors. I'm thrilled with the final product - it has completely transformed my basement into a warm and inviting space that we enjoy every day.

At all times Richard was professional in his assessment, quote, billing and invoicing, building and cleaning.

His timeline was exact his start date was exact and the duration of the work was about what he had informed us it would be.

In terms of his business acumen his communication was excellent which is rare for a contractor! His invoicing was clean and clear and item-by-item. He also included a punch list when the work was done which is a list we compile things we want changed or fixed before we pay him the balance owing which is a very pro-customer stance.

At all times Richard Trafford was professional and clear, he did not over promise or under deliver, his employees were respectful and strong communicators when he was not on site.

Both my neighbour and I are very impressed with the job and after 4 quotes he came in the lowest and has done an excellent job.

We had Richard and his company re-do our kitchen. The majority of the job included new floor tile and backsplash, painting, and re-design and re-location of a kitchen countertop and cabinet. Richard and Shawn were lovely to deal with, very professional, and personable. The timelines we were were given were almost right on, except for a slight delay on the fault of the distributor of our custom countertop, and not to the fault of Richard and co.

The communications from Richard were always clear, and prompt when we had questions.

The finished product is truly satisfactory, and I would gladly have them back to do jobs for us in the future. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys!

We have a small bathroom with a few quirks! They were able to work with the area and recommend solutions that worked out well and not costly. Excellent workmanship, friendly, super clean, timely. Very impressed with the work done on our bathroom. I would recommend them very highly.

We had our tub replaced with a walk in shower which included tiles on the floor and walls and a beautiful glass sliding door. Trafford General Contracting did an amazing job! We are completely thrilled with the new shower. Every stage of the project was well planned and stress free. They put in a lot of effort to keep our condo clean as they worked in the bathroom. After a day’s work everything was organized and out of the way so we never had to live in a mess. The job itself was done with so much care and attention to detail. All finishing are clean and the craftsmanship is excellent. We will definitely be using Trafford General Contracting again for future home projects.
