At all times Richard was professional in his assessment, quote, billing and invoicing, building and cleaning. His timeline was exact his start date was exact and the duration of the work was about what he had informed us it would be. In terms of his business acumen his communication was excellent which is rare for a contractor! His invoicing was clean and clear and item-by-item. He also included a punch list when the work was done which is a list we compile things we want changed or fixed before we pay him the balance owing which is a very pro-customer stance. At all times Richard Trafford was professional and clear, he did not over promise or under deliver, his employees were respectful and strong communicators when he was not on site. Both my neighbour and I are very impressed with the job and after 4 quotes he came in the lowest and has done an excellent job. I highly recommend Trafford General Contracting
