I must admit I was very skeptical at first, I contacted Anwar in September 2020 and a few others after searching on Kijiji. I received different estimates and after reviewing my options I decided I would go with ASR because he was the only one that guaranteed he would not just provide the necessary drawings for submission but would make sure I received the permit without any additional costs to amending the drawings according to the city’s bylaws. To no fault of his own, the city continued delaying the process and requested different things of which Anwar and his team made sure to comply with every step of the way without asking me for any additional fees. I finally received my permit almost 4 months later and I am so grateful Anwar kept his word and literally held my hand throughout this whole hideous process. I can say with confidence this company has the knowledge and dedication to see projects through without taking advantage of the little people. I definitely recommend them and I’m so grateful they delivered what they promised.
