For our project his scope included a thorough site visit, prepared structural markups and drawings required to get a permit for our renovation, and applied to the city for our permit on our behalf.
His communication was prompt, professional, and he was extremely patient with us throughout the process. We have never done a renovation before so required hand holding. Anwar was always reassured us and put our minds at ease.
Our home is an old home and Anwar educated us on what was required to ensure our home was structurally sound but did not scare us along the way!
