They were very quick to reply to every inquiry. I found their rates were extremely competitive with all of the other moving companies that I contacted. They were proactive with reminders, showed up on time and provided free wardrobe boxes for the move.

Poor experience. I hired this company almost a month in advance for moving my house stuff. I had an arrangement with them that should come at 3pm for pick up but they never showed up. I reserved the elevators for pick up and dropped off well and in advanced almost a month earlier and had proper arrangements. At least they could call me before that they can't make it but this company never called me. I called the company asking why are you guys are so late, in return the company said we will come 2hours later which is not acceptable. I had to cancel the moving arrangement with this company immediatly and rented a moving vehicle and moved all my house stuff by myself with the help of my family which toke us to finish almost until 1am+ next day, though it was expected to finish between 6-7pm which never happened. Strongly recommend not to hire this company. If you can't deliver your commitment never promise.

Received several quotes from moving companies. Apollo moving was not the cheapest but their reputation and cost structure fir the bill for my move. They were very professional and even early for the move. Very quick, focused to complete the task.
