We hired Fresh Cleaners as we were moving my elderly parents into a condo (downsizing from a house). The landlord of the condo had mentioned the place would be cleaned, but we also had painters in there to repaint the unit before we moved in. The day before we were scheduled to move in, we went to look at the place and noticed it was not cleaned and there was dust, dirt and grime everywhere. We contacted Fresh Cleaners and spoke to Sebastian to get an initial quote over the phone. They came in the next morning at 8am and supplied their own cleaning supplies and tools. They quickly did an assessment and called out items which would be difficult to clean to set realistic expectations based on their past experience (ie. glass stove top had burn marks from the last 10 years which would not come out). I appreciated this as it is hard to provide a proper estimate on the phone without seeing the place. They did take pictures of what they tried to do and went out to purchase specialty cleaning products to do their best.
Sebastian's team quickly got to work (even Sebastian himself when he realized how much needed to be done and that we were on a tight timeline). They were professional and did an outstanding job! After they finished, they walked through everything and answered any questions I had and did any last minute touch up areas.
Overall, I would recommend them. It's hard to find good cleaners and I would hire them again after this experience!
