We initially had Graeme replace our hot water tank and install a de-scaling system. He did a great job and more recently we had him install our steam shower. His work is excellent and he’s been great at recommending cost effective solutions to meet our needs. When we ran into some issues converting a bathroom into a steam shower, he helped us to problem solve and was very accommodating when we needed to make several adjustments and Charlotte was very responsive to all our inquiries. I would highly recommend Ritchie’s for any plumbing job.

The panel for the in-floor heating was not functioning. The panel was therefore replaced and properly installed. The plumber did a fantastic job researching and implementing a mechanism that works.

I had them in to fix my hot water tank and it was past the point of repair so they ended up giving me a great deal on a new one. It’s never great when you have to make these kinds of calls but Charlotte was very accommodating and Graeme was professional and didn’t destroy my house in the process like previous handymen.

Ritchie’s plumbing was very responsive to my enquires about a leaking toilet tank. Charlotte is very friendly as she talked us through our concerns. Graeme came out and after looking at all of our fixtures and the age of them we coordinated the replacement of three toilets. Great experience and very easy to work with. I have since made arrangements to have my kitchen faucet replaced as well. Looking forward to seeing Graeme again.
