Not the cheapest but not the most expensive at all and I recommend paying a few extra bucks for the level of service you get with this company. I think hidden gem in custom home building and to be frank don’t expect their prices to stay the same because they are too good and don’t charge as much as they should - I can say that because we are done our remodeling. They have connections with cheap, high quality trades – impressed with the framers especially – Portuguese guys that were very fast.

Good people, good company. Bought a home in downtown Toronto and wanted to add a sunroom and another bedroom as an addition. Shopped around. Actually found Evandale Homes first but then decided to go with someone who promised a cheaper price. Big mistake. The first guys went way over budget within the first few weeks so we scrapped our agreement and returned to Evandale Homes. They picked up the disaster that was left by the original contractor and brought in their crew. Finished the job ahead of schedule [the first guys were running behind before they even started]. Reason I write this review is because of how good they were with our family. Felt like friends helping us build rather than a corporation trying to make money. Our son loves his new room. Would hire them again if we decide to move and do this again.

I know nothing about construction but I know what I like. Came to Evandale Homes where the project manager provided a clear and detailed breakdown of what the costs are, the timeline and the feasibility of what I wanted to achieve. Kept me in the loop the entire way through and was accommodating when we had to make some layout changes in our custom home design. I don’t know how but their trades are some of the best priced on the market so consistently kept us under budget. I’ve told my friends and family about Evandale Homes because it’s rare to find honest people who will get the job done and do it well. Our family loves our new custom home and we could not be more grateful.
