Stay away from these people. Our roof was completed in July 2019 with a 12-year warranty, according to the contract. The (visible) leak occurred in Jan. 2020 (i.e., in 6 months). No one came so far (June 2020) to fix the problem.

The workmanship is very poor and they cut corners at every step.
They use particle board instead of plywood for deck replacement.
They hammer the replacement deck particle board over the existing repair instead of cutting out the damaged area.
They do not nail down the protruding nails after the old shingles are stripped and do not remove leftover debris prior to shingling new shingles on the deck.
The do not use starter strip along the entire length of the perimeter of the edge.

I do not recommend this company. They cut corners at every turn as follows: 1) starter strips are not used along entire edge, only patchwork; 2) they did not hammer down the existing protruding nails before applying the shingles; 3) they did not use plywood, instead particle board to replace decking sections; 4) they did not use the stagger shingles application instead they wanted to lay them all parallel (wrong!); 5) they wanted to patch the decking by overlaying new wood on top of existing instead of cutting and removal;
