Anton was very thorough and informative during my house inspection. He took his time explaining everything about the functionality of our electrical, mechanical, plumbing, insulation and moisture levels of our house. He also found problems that needs repairs for our Tarion 30 day warranty.

Working with Anton is really a pleasure, this is already my second inspection with him and he is getting better from time to time. Each time new technological enhancement and improvements like using quadcopter to inspect shingles, termo cameras to check hot air flow and amazing reports right to your email within hours after inspection. The reports are very accurate and detailed, everything with images and explanation and can be converted to amendment with a few clicks (check the attached image).
