I usually dont write formal reviews, but I wanted to express my admiration and appreciation for the great job that was done by home inspector Anton. The process of buying a new house is quite stressful and the last thing you want to find is that your house is full of surprises.

Thanks to Anton we managed to find a lot of hidden pain points and we were able to address our concerns with the current owner so that it could be addressed prior to closing. My fiancee and I just purchased a home and wanted to do an inspection for peace of mind and to find out what areas we should keep an eye on. After a quick search, I contacted Anton through his web site/text and received a response within minutes (this was on a Saturday evening). He booked me in for an inspection scheduled for less than 24 hours later. Arrived on time and was extremely thorough during his 3-hour walkthrough. He explained in detail the things he was looking for, items to keep an eye on and answered all of the questions we had, putting us at ease with a few items we thought were issues. The full report was received within 7 hours of him leaving. We will be using his findings to prioritize improvements to the home and can't recommend him enough if you're looking to have an inspection done.
