This company took a two month deposit of $400 for 2 months of snow shoveling (2cm or more threshold). Came for first snowfall and then has made lots of excuses and hasn’t come again. Basically taking us for a ride. How do I know this? Instead of bccing clients on their list, they CC’d others (big nono). But now we at least know they are doing the same scab (apparently the s word ending in m is banned) to 8 of us in the Annex.

I'm sorry for your miss understanding but in our contract that you signed it's a 2 cm trigger. What days you are talking about there was less then that. If you wanted us to come no matter what you would have to pay for that and you didn't want to pay for that. I'm sorry for your miss understanding. Have a wonderful night take care
