Exel Flooring did an incredible job replacing the laminate in my 700 sq. ft. condo (bedroom, den and main area).
They contacted me quickly after I put my project up on HomeStars, and did a home visit the next day. They brought samples, answered all of my questions and measured. I went to their store later to choose what I wanted as they had more options.
Everyone who works here is very friendly and knowledgeable; I had a great experience from beginning to end.
I was booked in for their next available install date, and given multiple options for how to pay the deposit. They contacted me in advance with what they needed me to do (elevator booking, moving small items, etc.).
On the install days, they showed up on time and took care of everything. When I returned home after the project, they had not only installed the flooring perfectly, but had cleaned up extremely well. I had expected a lot of dust (normal for a flooring install) but there was barely any. Even over the next few days; they did an amazingly thorough job.
The entire experience was completely stress free. I would definitely recommend using Exel Flooring.
