I was recommended to reach out to Miso at Eastern Plumbing Services. I had a leak in the wall and was going into my basement no idea where it was. Miso responded in less than an hour and within an hour had the two pin hole leaks identified and repaired. Miso was knowledgeable and offered some good advice. I heartily recommend Miso as a plumber and excellent service provider. Thanks Miso, great job.

Responded to an urgent call due to a burst pipe and got the issue fixed so I could have water. Returned and replaced all galvanized piping in the basement. Excellent service and very friendly.

I called Miso based off some good Homestar reviews and was not disappointed. His pricing was very reasonable despite everyone jacking up prices during a pandemic. I called him in the evening and he showed up first thing in the morning. He was on time, friendly and had lots of positive energy. He took care of a drain under my new sink that wasn't lined up, finished the job and also installed my faucet for me for the same amount of time! Honest great guy to deal with and will recommend to anyone I know who asks for plumbing.

We just moved into our new home two weeks ago, and just as summer storms start, both our sump pump failed and our basement flooded. I called a big-name plumber company and they were fully booked that day, so I tried two more local ones, but they were full as well, but they referred me to him, and he did an efficient job replacing the pump and made sure it worked before he left.
