This company responded very quickly to my request to remove an old gas fireplace. I posted the request in the morning and they were there by 4 PM that very day. Excellent speed and customer service.
My one minor complaint is that the disposal of the fireplace meant that it had to be carried down a flight of stairs and hauled into the truck. There was only one rep from the company for this. It was a two man job and I had stated as much in my request. I did the heavy liftingm but if I had not been phyically able to, it would have been an issue. And that means they do not get a perfect score.
