Kyle and his team were efficient and courteous. The product (kitchen countertop) looks great and the speed between initial discussion to completion of installation was unreal (discussion-measurements-deposit & ordering-installation), took only 1 week! Kyle also did basic plumbing hookup at a great price!

A few months ago we needed to finish prolong construction and have a few smaller project to be done- A railing, handrail, couple of closets and a wall cabinet. Kyle was very quick in responding to my initial inquiry and was willing to come to review the job and give me an estimate on the spot. He gave us a few options at different price point and I really appreciated his clear, transparent quote. He came to complete the job exactly as he promised. No delayed, everything went smoothly and on budget. I remember it was very busy for Kyle with other jobs and heading for vacation, but he made sure everything is completed on time.
I will certainly contact him again for future jobs.

We asked Sapphire initially to put new hardwood upstairs, when we realized how good they were, fast and extremely reliable, we had them put in a new staircase and refinish our banister to match, that grew into having our entire main floor done. A sunken floor being leveled, new flooring, taken down walls, new kitchen, the most beautiful counters and backsplash, organised potlights and tiling, got rid of the popcorn ceiling.. the list goes on. They were amazing and incredibly fast and organised, plus a pleasure to have around. We had them back to do our basement. They are awesome and would (and have) recommended to everyone. Thank you!

Kyle came quick to provide an estimate, the price was very fair and provided GREAT reco's for my laundry cabinets.

Jay and his nephew worked on the stairs and did a super job on them, from measurements, color matching the floor to final finishes - just amazing!

Kyle worked on the washer/dryer cabinet with quartz counter and vanity installation and installed cabinets to cover the electrical box and piping.
I couldn't have asked for anything better - I got exactly what I wanted.

I was looking for a granite countertop for a laundry room. With the whole Covid situation, I was not eager to have to go into a showroom to look at samples so was hoping for someone who could bring them to me. Found Kyle and Sapphire through Home Stars. They’re quote was VERY reasonable and in line with or better than others that I contacted. I told Kyle exactly what I was looking for and described what I wanted. He recommended a style (sparkling white quartz). He accommodated the work that had already been done by my contractor (I was renovating the laundry room). He came to install and the end result was I got everything that I asked for and described and it looked better than I imagined. AND I did it without having to leave my home.
