updated review after customer service response
I had initially written a negative review based on a bad experience with one of their cleaners, and the subsequent poor response from their head-office when I complained. However, after posting the review I was contacted by Squeaky Clean and they have done an excellent job of correcting their initial mistakes and customer services issues. They have since sent an excellent cleaning team to re-do the job that was a problem, and we have agreed to move forward with bi-weekly service at a price that I am comfortable with. I increased the stars from 0/10 to 6/10 at this time, based on their effort to solve the issue and the respectful and diligent way they have worked to resolve my concerns. If they continue to provide quality service and prove themselves, I would be happy to recommend them moving forward, and increase this rating further.
