I'm very happy and satisfied with the service from Tander Se! Sergei responded to the service request very quickly and was able to schedule the appointment for the very next day (my request was not urgent). Upon arrival, Sergei wore his mask and put on shoe covers before entering my house without asking. He was very respectful, professional, detail-oriented and organized throughout the diagnosis and repair. Sergei explained everything very clearly after the diagnosis and provide me with options. During the diagnosis, Sergei checked and found out the spare part required for the repair was on back-order with the manufacturer. He went above and beyond to explore options if the same part is available elsewhere like used appliance market, amazon or even ebay to help me reduce cost or wait time if possible. Even though my spare part is not available in the aftermarket, Sergei followed up and return in a timely manner to complete the repair.

In addition to refrigerator repair, Sergei is also very knowledgeable with dishwasher repair. He repaired the leaking issue of my dishwasher after he completed the diagnosis of the refrigerator repair. He was able to fix my dishwasher very quickly, he also checked everything and even run a cycle to ensure the leaking problem is resolved before he left.
