After speaking with Aaron on the phone about our issue I immediately felt good about Expert Plumbing & Drains.

I really appreciated the text notifications about the job, when the plumber was on route, etc..

They did exactly what the said they would do and gout our issue solved very quickly and for much less than I thought it would cost and much less than other plumbers I spoke to thought it would cost as well.

I won't use another plumbing company from now on. I'm very pleased.

Called the guys at Expert Plumbing & Drains because my basement drain was backing up. They were there later that day and identified the issue being build up coming from the kitchen. Most plumbing companies charge an extra fee to use their camera, these guys have it included in their assessment cost. They cleaned the pipe out and we were good to go. Very friendly and informative!

Call answered promptly. Problem dealt with promptly. Courteously. Efficiently. Was not, to my relief, asked to get more done than was strictly necessary -- this is appreciated. Will call again-- hopefully won't be necessary though! :-)

I called and spoke to Aaron. I had a problem with the bath tub and toilet and I'm extremely happy with the work done. From the beginning to end he was professional and explained everything along the way. I quickly saw that he sets high standards to ensure the customer is completely satisfied.

I emailed Expert Plumbing and Drains on Sunday and Aaron contacted me right away to discuss the issue we were having with a leak in our shower.
He arranged to send his colleague Dakota the very next day, and the issue was diagnosed and resolved, quickly and a fair price.
Dakota was professional, polite, clean and efficient. We are very pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend this company.

Had an issue with my toilet that needed to be sorted out. I initially thought it was the flapper that needed to be replace, which I did replace however that did not solve the running toilet issue. Called Aaron of EPD and he sent his colleague Dakota over the next morning and he replaced fill valve, which solved the issue. All done very efficiently.

Fast, efficient, clean.
Aaron and Dakota came, covered the floor and all around their work space, explained to me what happened and what they will do, fixed the problem and cleaned all, leaving everything in order.
They were very polite and patient.
I will certainly recommend them.

Aaron repaired the leak the first attempt, within a reasonable amount of time and left the place clean & tidy.i would use him again and recommend him.

Aaron gave us a thorough explanation of the work to be done and the costs involved. Mike was very professional and did excellent work on the installation job. He identified a few items that needed attention and even fixed some items at no charge. Mike covered the floors and work spaces to prevent damage and cleaned the area afterwards. We walked through the project afterwards and he explained all the work he did. It was excellent work at a great price. I would highly recommend Expert Plumbing and Drains, they live up to their name.

Aaron and his colleague completed this job in record time. They carefully removed two old toilets and replaced them with new one piece toilets. They were very efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing services!
