i've been dealing with Expert Plumbing & Drains for almost 2 years now for various jobs .kitchen and the last one was my WHOLE HOUSE WATER FILTERS.they install every thing and every thing working perfect . they always trying to help and prices and work is the best

I am extremely grateful to have called Expert Plumbing and Drains! Aaron and his team are truly phenomenal. They are honest, reliable, experienced and professional. We had a bit of a weird situation and had called other plumbers/contractors and we were dismissed or avoided. When I called EP&D, Aaron was able to come the same day I called, and demonstrated a high level of experience, expertise and professionalism. As mentioned, it was a weird situation and Aaron's diligence was able to find the underlying issue which was incorrect installation of plumbing from kitchen to shower. His team came back a second time to make sure there were no other issues missed and get to the root cause. Other plumbers just wrote us off, but Aaron dedicated so much time and thought to this project, it was evident he truly cared. Given the major nature of the problem, Aaron offered us a number of solutions to the problem. The problem was not able to be solved on the first or second visit, so he held off on invoicing us until we were satisfied with the end result. Before sending the invoice Aaron called me personally to ensure that payment was fair and that we were happy. Aaron and the EP&D team care about the result, not the payment. I can't say enough good things about Aaron and his team, they were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely call them again and refer them.

I received very efficient, knowledgeable, and amiable service from Dakota Laferriere, at the predesignated date and time. I couldn’t possibly have received better service—anywhere! If you need a plumber, call THEM—their name says it all: “EXPERT PLUMBING AND DRAINS”!!!

My client and I required a plumbing inspection the Tuesday after a long weekend and the team at Expert not only accommodated our late request but Did an amazing job. They were efficient knowledgeable and affordable . Thanks so much guys

I like calling on Aaron to come see what we need to get fixed as he is always kind, fair and respectable. We have used his company twice now and will always use him as a first contact for our plumbing issues. The gents who come to do the repairs are always kind and professional. Aaron is the most polite, professional, and generous tradesperson I have had the pleasure of working with. He was very knowledgable and communicated things clearly. His entire crew was positive and friendly.

On Sunday morning our tankless bidet toilet was leaking from the base. I was referred to Expert Plumbing and Drains and called them immediately. They answered promptly and offered to send someone out right away.

I had turned off the water and we have access to another bathroom and I said I was okay to wait for Monday. I was told what time the plumber would arrive and that I would receive a text 20 minutes prior to arrival. I did receive text and he was on time.

He worked neatly and spent an hour. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.

My experience has been very positive and I am happy to recommend Expert Plumbing.
