From the moment that Grant arrived to assess the job, through to its completion, we felt confident in his ability to do a satisfactory job. As we had had no prior experience with any home renovations, Grant was able and willing to walk us through the process, offering helpful suggestions along the way while at the same time, accommodating our own wishes. He maintained a positive attitude, even when there were problems beyond his control. We were not just satisfied with his workmanship and work ethic, but very pleased with his careful oversight of every detail.
