Captain Handy

I contacted Captain Handy based off other reviews on Homestars and they did not disappoint! Alex was very professional and his team are outstanding. He was prompt with a quote and happy to answer all of our questions/concerns and he ended up being one of the more competitive prices we received. On the day scheduled for the work to start his team showed up as mentioned and got to work right away, they took great care of everything, were polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Also the garden looks 1000 times better and exactly how we asked. They also checked more than once that we were happy and satisfied with the work. Overall a fantastic experience and would certainly recommend and use again! Thanks to the whole team!

Alex and his team did several excellent landscaping work on our property including building a new pool. Alex always tailored my requests into a great package with high quality and left my patio look stunning. Captain Handy provides work with Head&Heart! Alex and his team are professional in every aspect, punctual, cheerful and environmentally responsible. I highly recommend them.

We had Cpt. Handy arrive to sort out an old drain and old driveway. While there were some communication hurdles, they were responsive and attentive to my nagging needs. For example, there were some cases when the work wasn't initially perfect but it was made perfect without complaint afterwards.

Regardless, we'd use them again and were impressed with their work.

We had a backyard fence that was rotted and falling apart. The crew came in and got the whole project done in 3 days (faster than I ever expected). They were very professional and efficient, explained certain aspects of it and worked nonstop.
Very impressed with the final results and how they handled it. Also the cleanup after was amazing, the backyard looks better than before they arrived.
Would definitely recommend and would hire again. Best contractor we've ever worked with by far.

I have recently had new deck and patio built on the beaches following a new build. It was a difficult project and now the place looks amazing. A sincere thank alex and his amazing team. Captain handy were extremely professional and the quality of the work undertaken was exceptional. The team was polite, responsive, helpful and cleaned up at the end of each day. Highly recommend!

I was searching for a reputable company to complete a new interlock patio, retaining wall and concrete hot tub pad for me and found Captain Handy on google.

Based on the very favorable reviews on Google i reached out to them, along with 3 other companies to collect quotes, timing and options. Captain Handy was the first to reach out, show up in person, provide me a reasonable quote and make recommendations to help me achieve what I was looking for. Based on their quote, prompt response and consultation, I decided to move ahead with them.

From start to finish this was a flawless project. Their team was able to complete this project in just over a week and was even able to add a few details in on the fly without affecting timing. The details are what make the difference. Once the work was done their team cleaned up, rectified everything that was touched (re-sodded the lawn, re-hung the gate, washed the house front and back and driveway) and left the worksite looking spotless.

I cannot recommend them enough. Their work is amazing, their attention to details is extremely impressive and I have the confidence that should anything go wrong, they are a phone call away and stand behind their work.
