I contacted Captain Handy based off other reviews on Homestars and they did not disappoint! Alex was very professional and his team are outstanding. He was prompt with a quote and happy to answer all of our questions/concerns and he ended up being one of the more competitive prices we received. On the day scheduled for the work to start his team showed up as mentioned and got to work right away, they took great care of everything, were polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Also the garden looks 1000 times better and exactly how we asked. They also checked more than once that we were happy and satisfied with the work. Overall a fantastic experience and would certainly recommend and use again! Thanks to the whole team!

Apologies to Tony for taking so long to write this - he did this work for us back in November of 2020. Tony was very responsive, polite and clear in providing a quote along with all details needed and explaining any questions we had. He was by far the best quote we received and on top of that his service was excellent! He carried out the work exactly as detailed, worked quickly and left things very clean/tidy. I could not be happier with the work he did and would not hesitate to call him back to replace other windows or doors.

Mike provided great service from beginning to end! He responded to my inquiry and gave me a quote quickly and was very nice as well as covid compliant. Installation was very quick and he left the place clean and tidy. The new runner looks amazing and we are super pleased with it! Would definitely recommend.
