Build a retaining wall and hand rail
Thank you fro your time and consideration to leave us review but we have some concerns about your words.
We received a drawing for your retaining wall which was made incorrect and we spent extra time to fix this problem in the end. Also, you provided a system for hand-railing which was unsafe and we couldn't install it for you. We always take care of our clients, and thats why we installed aluminum railings without adding any extra cost to you. Also, we had to cut the driveway due to previous retaining wall was smaller (4inc) and new one is 8 inches wide to make straight and stable. Captain Handy provided you extra work and material to keep you happy but seems like we failed.
However, we appreciate your concerns about our work and we will do our best to improve our skills to do a better job.
