After buying a century old home in Toronto, I had a number of structural concerns that I wanted to address before proceeding with my renovation. After talking with a half dozen or so structural engineers, Lyubomir was able to clearly communicate and explain the work required. On short notice Stepcon Engineering conducted an inspection of my property to properly size columns and beams that were previously installed by a contractor. After a few days a full structural report with recommendations was provided and I was able to get the modifications done on time to sell my house. No issues selling my house thanks to the report. Great response time and good quality professional work. Would definitely recommend.

Stepcon came out to inspect project for moving a wall and opening up an adjacent wall to create access to dining room from hallway. They took their time to go around house to look at joists and supporting walls as well as beams in the basement. After they were satisfied with their measurements they went back to their office and prepared drawings which I received a few days later. We were happy with drawings and glad to have report on what we could do

Town wanted an engineered drawing for an oversize deck roof. They came down, went over the design, took the measurements and a few days later I had the drawings for the town. Easy to deal with and very experienced in all facets of new home/renovation engineering.
