I used services of Kiana Air for about 12-13 years and every time the job was done fast and in very professional manner. This year during latest snow storm furnace in my in-laws house started to malfunction and was not able to find a problem myself. Replacing thermostat did not solve a problem. After short conversation with Max he assured me that either he or someone else would come up and fix it despite late hours. Morton came to the house in Newmarket and found the problem. It was not a furnace but some issues with thermostat. The problem was fixed and in-laws are happy to be in warm and comfy house. Morton was very polite and professional. I highly recommend Kiana Air for all HVAC needs

Wow - the owner max replied to my Homestars request (on a Sunday) within 5 minutes and after I contacted him with some questions, he said he would come to the house to check out our situation and give us a quote (still Sunday). He was excellent at giving us as many options as possible for the installation and he was up front about costs.
When he came to do the install, we had a contractor working in our basement doing some demolition, and Max discovered a much better location for the water heater that would be simpler and be lower cost!
Max and our contractor worked well together and Max even found a way to re-run our existing air conditioning lines to be even more efficient with space (and he charged us less then he normally would because he was already here).
We were very pleased with Max's work and will be calling him back to install a gas line for our new dryer.

Kiana Air Heating & Cooling Ltd. installed a new cooling system in our townhouse. Max has been in contact right from the start. Quote was competitive and accurate, and installation day was that which best suited us.
The installers were very professional in their work, fast, clean and very helpful in explaining how to service the unit. We are happy to recommend this company to others and will use them again if needed.

Max was fast and easy to work with. He installed a new water heater and gave some advice for me on how to do this affordably. He even went to get an extra shut off valve so that we could use the water while he was replacing the tank. He left the area clean and tidy. Max is straight forward, to the point and no fuss.

I asked for a quotation through HomeStars and this company contacted me very fast and even after-hours providing me all the information I needed to better decide. The came the day after and repaired my A/C. I am very much satisfied with the service. Thanks to Max! Now I am prepared for the hot months . . . (I hope we will have hot months this year in Toronto).
