Rainology

Rainology has to be the worst experience I have had. The price was reasonable the quote looked good and the install and after support just terrible. The quote specified 4-8" down for the lines. some lines barely made it under the grass.(see photos) I had to hand dig everything myself as they refused to fix it properly. They were supposed to close the system since their install was sub-par as well but they wont and now its my fault apparently as I didn't contact them. I was not told too contact them I was "on the schedule"

Never will I ever deal with this company again.
