GEM installed a front door in my home yesterday. The gentlemen who installed the door were courteous,friendly, and professional, and did a great job.
They cleaned up thoroughly, and left everything perfect.
I would recommend GEM to anyone who needs doors or windows.

The service was good, I had to verify all the windows were cleaned as the first time around they missed a few. Also my second level port sized wondow did not end up as clean as the other windows.....I have a feeling this was because of the elevation and the shape of the window.

Adam, arrived on time (8am), told us how he would proceed to clean all 66 of our windows, all our screens (2 of which patio doors). He kept his work space tidy, took off his shoes (even though we said it was okay to keep them on), he was great.
He persevered through the heat and humidity of the day. He was kind towards our pets and respectful of our home.
We have asked Adam to put us on his list for next year!

The window cleaning crew was courteous professional and hard working . When I noticed a few streaks in the windows I contacted the company and they immediately scheduled a return visit. The job was done well . I am very satisfied with the work . I have already recommended the company to 3 people . I will use Elite again . They are a pleasure to deal with.
